The staff were very responsive and assisted with free parking. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk to cross-country skiing and winter walks/hikes through the forest, hills for sledging, and the outskirts of Rovaniemi with forests virtually in front of the door allowing for cross-country skiing.

Booked a room with a double bed. The food was fine. All the staff was affable, tackled my issues. The position of the hotel was nice and perfect, near a park.

The facilities at the hotel are fantastic, with a gym, pool, and bowling available. the apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a sauna, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was fresh and satisfying.

My family and I recently stayed at Santasport for a week-long winter getaway. The cozy apartment had a beautiful Scandinavian-style interior and two separate bedrooms, perfect for our needs. The addition of two bathrooms and a sauna added a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite being close to the main hotel with its swimming pool and gym, our apartment was incredibly quiet. We were thrilled to find that there was a supermarket just an 8-minute walk away and that we were surrounded by a forest recreation area. The convenience of having cross-country ski rental in the building's basement and skiing tracks right across the road made it incredibly easy for us to enjoy the winter activities we had planned. Additionally, the hotel offered a pick-up service for local attractions, making our sightseeing adventures hassle-free. We were also very impressed with the well-equipped apartment and the indoor playground, which kept our kids entertained. The nearby sledding spots added to the family-friendly atmosphere. our stay at Santasport was memorable, comfortable, and packed with fun activities.

The facilities were top-notch, especially for sports enthusiasts like us. The Finnish Ice Hockey Association training center was impressive, with state-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable instructors. The ice sports arena and ski resort provided endless fun for our children, who are avid skiers. The beautiful nature surrounding Santasport, including the Ounasvaara hill, added to the charm of our holiday. we had a fantastic experience exploring the sports facilities and enjoying the recreational activities offered by Santasport.

For dads, it would be great if Santasport Apartment Hotel had more family-friendly dining options. While the breakfast provided plenty of choices, we found that the options for lunch and dinner were limited, especially for kids who have particular food preferences.
